Cancellation Policy
You have within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to cancel. We allow a 10 min grace period after you’re considered a no show. No shows are required to pay 60% of your scheduled appointment. No shows are not allowed to re-book anytime. No refunds allowed rescheduling only. Before and after hour clients must pay a $35 inconvenience fee.
