Restroom Policy Thank you for understanding that, as Trendiskin Esthetics is a home-based studio, restroom facilities are unavailable for client use. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly before your appointment. Arrival & Property Policy To help maintain a private and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you remain in your vehicle upon arrival. You’ll be greeted as soon as it’s time for your appointment. For the privacy of our home, please do not enter the residence. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Minors & Extra Guest Policy Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout their appointment. To provide each client with a relaxing, one-on-one experience, we kindly ask that only the scheduled client attend the appointment. Please make arrangements for children and additional guests before your visit. Thank you for your understanding. Forms & Waivers Please complete all required forms and waivers before your appointment. They can be found in the automatic appointment confirmation text message sent after booking. Incomplete forms may delay or require rescheduling of your service. Photo & Video Policy Photos and videos may be taken during your appointment for educational and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let your esthetician know before your service begins, and we will gladly honor your request. Your comfort and privacy are always respected. Medical Information Please inform your esthetician of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or medications you are taking, including Accutane, prescription retinoids (Retin-A, tretinoin, adapalene), antibiotics, blood thinners, steroids, or any medication that may affect your skin. This information allows your treatment to be customized safely. Deposit Policy A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit and may be canceled if payment is not received. Your appointment time is reserved only after your deposit has been successfully submitted. Payment Policy Payment is due upon arrival and must be completed before your service begins. This allows your appointment to start on time and ensures a smooth experience for every client. Refund Policy All services, skincare products, memberships, gift cards, deposits, and payments are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule their appointment. To respect everyone’s scheduled time, late arrivals cannot be accommodated. Rescheduling Policy Need to change your appointment? We’re happy to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit may be required to book another appointment.
